Half a dodo and pickled baby moles →
The Guardian reports on the discovery of half a dodo skeleton during the move of the Grant Museum to new quarters. The article notes that the museum’s contents also include:
“an old sweet jar full to the brim with pickled baby moles, their paws pressed pathetically against the glass,”
Now that I have to see. A true Hunterian Museum of the animal kingdom.
