As I speak (write) two noisy and small children are rampaging around our garden beating each other over the head with large sticks. To whom do these children belong? Why, to the tree surgeon who is cutting our yew hedge with a big chainsaw within inches of his own offspring. Dangerous or what? On a side note the surgeon had no PPE on at all.
